radio silence

I try not to say anything if there is nothing to say. The idea of a pristine and balanced universe being disturbed by nonsense is too horrifying to me.

So in celebration of the Cosmos relaunch coming up on Fox, here is a discussion between Steven Hawkings, Carl Sagan and Arthur C. Clark. It is amazing how much of this discussion still stands up, considering it took place before the launch of the Hubble Telescope.

Today the consensus is still that the universe will continue to expand, but today Hawkings is much less bullish on God.
